Untelevised team radio from the Belgian Grand Prix, published by PlanetF1, has revealed the moment behind Max Verstappen's "don't take that personal" remark. Verstappen had reported from Lap 3 that "I'm not sure my battery is charging in time. It's not correct," and was told it was on plan. Ahead of the restart at the end of Lap 4, race engineer GianPiero Lambiase told him he could go slow off from Turn 17. "Just no race understanding!" Verstappen snapped.
